RSPCA Will always be an ongoing partnership. We believe that we animals today are at the mercy of humans and have no say in how they are treated or mistreated. The wonderful efforts of RSPCA, and all animal welfare groups are to be applauded. Us humans have a choice.... what choice do animals have.
